Greetings Everyone,

This is my new website and I have decided to start a blog page to keep you updated with any relevant information.
Please note that my website is still under construction and this is a new learning curve for me. I feel that with all the changes that are happening all over the world and the rapid pace of life it is nice to know that we can use tools to support us during these challenging yet exciting times.

For myself Reiki has been instrumental and the beauty is I have it in the palm of my hands and it is so simple and easy to use, it becomes automatic. It has enabled me to raise my energy and this is important with so much fear that surrounds us in the media and with the uncertainty of the financial global situation and earth changes. The key is to trust and have faith that things will all work out and it is an important transition we are all going through.

Many people are being challenged with relationship issues, job insecurity, health and emotional issues and Reiki can assist with this by working on relieving stress in the body which enables it to heal and raise your energy in order to cope. I am offering distant healing for anyone who is unable to come and see me personally. Treatments and Reiki 1&2 Courses are also available upon request. Have a beautiful day and remember to go within, stay present to what is happening in each moment and give gratitude for all life's treasures, even the lessons and learning's that are unpleasant.
